The Narrative
A Life
Spent Building
People
Some people spend their lives pursuing success. Others spend their lives creating it for others. Dr Jerry Oluranti has always belonged to the second kind.
Born September 26, 1975, he arrived in a world that would demand both discipline and imagination. From his earliest years, he understood that education is not a credential — it is a foundation. That understanding shaped every chapter that followed.
He began as an educator, standing before classrooms not merely to transfer knowledge, but to transform futures. As a Senior Lecturer, he saw what happens when access to quality instruction opens a door that poverty, geography, or circumstance had closed. He never forgot that sight.
Technology came next — not as a career pivot but as a natural extension of his belief that tools should serve people. Certifications in Cisco networking, Oracle, Microsoft, and ITIL were not trophies. They were instruments deployed in service of people and communities.
When he turned his attention to healthcare, he brought the same discipline. As CEO of Complete Care Support Services Inc. in Maryland, he built an organization anchored in the dignity of those it serves. Healthcare, to him, is not an industry. It is a covenant.
Philanthropy was not a late chapter in his story. It was the plot. Through Global Outreach Impact Inc. and an unbroken thread of community service, he has extended opportunity to those the world too often overlooks — earning a formal Georgia Senate Commendation Resolution in recognition.
Through all of it, a single conviction has never wavered: that one life, lived with purpose, can quietly change the trajectory of many others. That is the story of Otunba Jerry Oluranti. It is still being written.
