A Life
Spent Building
People

Some people spend their lives pursuing success. Others spend their lives creating it for others. Dr Jerry Oluranti has always belonged to the second kind.

Born September 26, 1975, he arrived in a world that would demand both discipline and imagination. From his earliest years, he understood that education is not a credential — it is a foundation. That understanding shaped every chapter that followed.

He began as an educator, standing before classrooms not merely to transfer knowledge, but to transform futures. As a Senior Lecturer, he saw what happens when access to quality instruction opens a door that poverty, geography, or circumstance had closed. He never forgot that sight.

Technology came next — not as a career pivot but as a natural extension of his belief that tools should serve people. Certifications in Cisco networking, Oracle, Microsoft, and ITIL were not trophies. They were instruments deployed in service of people and communities.

When he turned his attention to healthcare, he brought the same discipline. As CEO of Complete Care Support Services Inc. in Maryland, he built an organization anchored in the dignity of those it serves. Healthcare, to him, is not an industry. It is a covenant.

Philanthropy was not a late chapter in his story. It was the plot. Through Global Outreach Impact Inc. and an unbroken thread of community service, he has extended opportunity to those the world too often overlooks — earning a formal Georgia Senate Commendation Resolution in recognition.

Through all of it, a single conviction has never wavered: that one life, lived with purpose, can quietly change the trajectory of many others. That is the story of Otunba Jerry Oluranti. It is still being written.

Titles of
Stewardship

In Yoruba tradition, a title is not granted — it is entrusted. It represents the community's faith in an individual to carry its name with dignity and serve its future. Otunba Jerry Oluranti has been so entrusted, four times over.

Otunba Bobaseto of Ilaro Yewaland

Ilaro, Yewaland · Ogun State, Nigeria

A title of honour and leadership from the seat of the Yewa kingdom. To be named Otunba Bobaseto is to be recognized as a pillar of communal strength — one who supports, defends, and elevates his people.

Otunba Bobakeye of Oke-Sopen Ijebu Igbo

Oke-Sopen, Ijebu Igbo · Ogun State, Nigeria

A second Otunba chieftaincy extending his sphere of honour across Ijebu Igbo — a recognition that his service has reached beyond one community to bless many.

Jagunmolu of Orile Itesi Land

Orile Itesi · Southwest Nigeria

Jagunmolu — a title of courage and advocacy. The community bestowed this honour upon one whose voice and deeds have brought strength where it was needed most.

Asiwaju of Oke Aro Land

Oke Aro · Southwest Nigeria

Asiwaju — the vanguard, the one who leads the way. To be honoured as Asiwaju is to be recognized as a pioneer: one who opens paths for others to follow.

The Musician
Within the
Statesman

For over thirty years, before titles were conferred and organizations built, there was music. Piano first — then a widening proficiency that made instruments speak what ordinary language could not.

Music was never a hobby. It was a school. Every hour at the keyboard was a lesson in patience, precision, and the understanding that mastery is built slowly, note by note.

Those who have led complex organizations recognize the discipline. Those who have served communities recognize the empathy. Both were formed, in part, at the piano bench — in early years when a young man learned to listen, feel, and bring disparate elements into harmony.

Discipline

Excellence is not an event. It is a practice sustained across years.

Empathy

To play for others is to serve them. To create beauty is a gift.

Patience

Great music, like great leadership, cannot be rushed.

Harmony

The highest skill: bringing different voices into one resonant whole.

The Power of Starting Small: Bold Dreams, Lasting Impact

Book Two

The Psychology of Giving: Why We Help Others

An exploration of the human impulse toward generosity — what drives us to serve, to sacrifice, and to invest in the flourishing of those around us, even at personal cost.

Book Three

The Leadership of Small Things: Small Acts, Great Impacts

The conviction that the most transformative leadership happens not in boardrooms but in quiet, daily choices — small acts performed with intention that accumulate into lasting change.

A Legacy
Still Being Written

The most enduring legacies are not built in a single act of greatness. They are woven — thread by thread — through decades of quiet, persistent service.

Healthcare & Education

Two institutions that shape the arc of human potential — and two arenas in which he has invested the best of himself for thirty years.

Global Reach

From Yewaland to Maryland, from Ilaro to Georgia — his influence crosses hemispheres, connecting communities through shared purpose.

Cultural Stewardship

Four traditional titles. One man trusted by communities across Yewaland to carry their heritage with fidelity into the future.

Philanthropic Spirit

Generosity as a practice, not a moment. His humanitarian work is not episodic — it is the permanent condition of how he moves through the world.

Technology & Innovation

CCNA, Oracle OCA, MCP, ITIL — credentials deployed in the service of people who needed modern systems built for them.

Music & the Human Spirit

Thirty years at the instrument — a reminder that the same man who builds institutions also creates beauty, and that both are acts of service.

The work
continues.
